We would like to honor all the Veterans who have served our country today by highlighting the Clare County Sheriff's Office, who wore special insignias to honor our Veterans.

The Sheriff’s Department has several military veterans that have served our nation and have chosen to serve the local community, whether Clare County or any other county in the state.

The Sheriff's Office says "The skills and discipline these veterans have brought make our community a safer place to live."

In honor of their deputies' military services, they will be wearing this insignia on their uniforms.
