Well, real estate agent Brad Fall from a Cadillac tells NEWSnet, it is a very good time to sell but it's a little more tougher for people wanting to buy.

Here's why, in the Greater Cadillac Area according to ERA Greater North Properties Brad Fall there are really not that many homes on the market for buyer to choose from, Fall said the amount of active listings in the Wexford County and surrounding areas is down this year from 1100 listings to 900.

This is why he recommended seeking out the help of an agent.

"It is common right now, in fact it is one of the things that were still dealing with in this market is just a lack of inventory. So the lack of homes that are available in this area specifically, are actually down compared to this time last year," said Brad Fall a Real Estate Agent from ERA Greater North Properties.
