Man Arraigned for Second Degree CSC Involving a Minor in Kalkaska Co.
In November, Michigan State Police troopers received a referral from Child Protective Services regarding an alleged sexual abuse of a minor. The victim disclosed to a parent that she had been sexually abused. She went on to allege another member of the household was also a victim.
State Police say the investigation led to an arrest warrant being issued for 31-year-old Levi Dalton Braund from Alpena.
He was arraigned on April 18 in Kalkaska County for two counts Second Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Person Under Thirteen, Defendant 17 years of age or older. He was given a $100,000 cash surety bond.
His next scheduled court appearance is on May 4 at 1:30 p.m.
