Fremont Man Arraigned After Breaking Into Home Earlier This Week in Newaygo Co.
We now have an update on the Fremont home invasion and attempted murder that we told you about earlier this week.
Newaygo County Prosecuting Attorney, Worth Stay, announced that 24-year-old Deion Moore Hanna of Fremont was arraigned today on a seven-count criminal complaint.
The charges stem from an investigation into events that occurred at a home in Fremont on Wednesday.
Hanna has been charged with two counts of assault with intent to murder, home invasion – 1st degree, armed robbery, mayhem, unlawful imprisonment, and carrying a dangerous weapon with unlawful intent.
A probable cause conference is set for March 17 at 9:30 am. A preliminary examination is tentatively set for March 24 at 1:30 pm. Both hearings are scheduled to be held at the 78th District Court in White Cloud.
