Man Sentenced on Multiple Drug Charges in Emmet Co.
Emmet County Prosecuting Attorney James Linderman announced today that Brien Michael Sullivan was sentenced in Emmet County on one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance Causing Death, one count of Delivery of Fentanyl Less Than 50 Grams, and one count of Delivery of Methamphetamine as a Habitual Offender Fourth Offense Notice, stemming from the guilty verdict on January 21.
Sullivan was sentenced to 33 years to 40 years on the one count of Delivery of Controlled Substance Causing Death; 152 months to 40 years on the one count of Delivery of Fentanyl Less Than 50 Grams; and 320 months to 40 years on the one count of Delivery of Methamphetamine all as a Fourth Offense Habitual Offender.
The sentences are to be served concurrently.
