A man was arrested in December after the Mecosta County Sheriff's Office began investigating and indecent exposure complaint.

Through the investigation and multiple interviews, an arrest warrant was requested and obtained.

The suspect, Gregory Martin Lutz Jr., was arrested December 30 and logged at the Mecosta County Jail on the charge of Aggravated Indecent Exposure.

Lutz was arraigned on January 3, 2022, where bond was set.
