We have an update to the fatal crash involving Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III.  Local prosecutors say he was driving over 150 miles per hour, and his blood alcohol content was two times over the legal limit.

Just hours before his first court appearance on multiple felony charges, the Raiders released Ruggs.  The receiver is charged with a Felony DUI, resulting in a death.  Police say early Tuesday morning, around 3:40 am.  The Alabama product was driving with a female passenger and slammed into another vehicle, killing a woman and her dog.  They say Ruggs and his passenger were hospitalized with unspecified non life-threatening injuries.  Police also say the 2020 first round pick, showed signs of impairment.  If he's convicted he can face up to 20 years in prison.  Ruggs has 24 catches with 469 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
