SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Kevin Gausman makes the first postseason start of his career when he takes the mound for the Giants tonight in the second game of the NLDS series against the Dodgers. Juilio Urias will be making his 19th postseason appearance and fourth start for Los Angeles. The Giants won the first game 4-0.
ISTANBUL (AP) — Lewis Hamilton took pole position for the Turkish Grand Prix ahead of Mercedes teammate Valtteri Bottas with title rival Max Verstappen in third. But Hamilton has a 10-place grid penalty for going over his allocation of three engines for the season and starts 11th on Sunday.
