Pitcher Jordan Zimmermann retires after 13 seasons

Milwaukee Brewers pitcher Jordan Zimmermann is retiring after 13 seasons in the majors.
He came into the league in 2009. He played most of his career with the Washington Nationals. With the Nats, he was an All-Star in 2013 and 2014. He pitched the Nationals first no-hitter in franchise history. Zimmermann was in the Nation's capital until 2015. From 2016 to 2020, he suited up for the Detroit Tigers, and this season, he made a couple of starts for the Brewers. Zim won 95 games in his career.
